A good relationship between me and my online clients is the key to them reaching their goals. Communication is vital and I regularly communicate with my online team over a phone call, message or zoom.
 
2. Freedom– When working with an online coach, it gives you freedom to work out at anytime and anywhere. I work on designing the best possible time effective workouts for my online clients. Some of my online team even train in the comfort of their own home with zero equipment.
